Vaughans was founded with a clear purpose: to build a commercial finance broker network that prioritises trust, reliability, value for money and quality service above all else. Our journey began when two former corporate professionals made the bold decision to step away from rigid structures and create something different—something built on values rather than just numbers.
The inspiration behind our name comes from a family business renowned for its integrity and problem-solving. By reviving the Vaughans name, we embraced a legacy of excellence and a commitment to supporting brokers in delivering outstanding service to their clients.

We’re not about corporate structures, titles or hierarchy but we are about helping people and businesses survive, thrive and grow in a simple, straightforward, honest and easy manner. We get a kick out of seeing the people we work with do well and this underpins the reason we exist.

31 years in the Banking and Asset Finance industry, the last ten of which at a senior level working for NatWest Group, both in the UK and Offshore (Jersey/ Guernsey/ Isle of Man & Gibraltar).

Paul Roberts
28 years primarily in the asset finance business where he has held senior positions in Lombard Asset Finance as Regional Director and National Head of Business Development & Specialist Sectors.

Whichever lender we introduce you to we will receive commission from. Different lenders pay different amounts based on different commission models and interest amounts. For transparency we only work with commission models based on a percentage of the amount you borrow and/or a percentage of the facility service fees charged by the lender.
